The Eucharist celebration was led by Archbishop of Kampala,Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga who in his homily, urged parents to be exemplary to their children just like the Holy Family of Nazareth,so that they love the sacrament of matrimony. He added that many Christians are not taking marriage serious ''Holy Matrimony is God's calling,its also a vocation like other vocations that you know…said Dr. Lwanga.
He also encouraged families to pray together ''Please get time and pray together as a family because you know that ''A Family That Prays Together Stays Together…Dr. Lwanga emphasized.
13 couples received the sacrament of matrimony and they were encouraged to love and care for each other.
Some of the couples who receive the HolyMatrimony at Namugongo Shrine in Kampala.
More than 1000 people were around for the celebrations.
