Holy Cross Family Ministries Kampala region joins National Catholic Charismatic Renewal for a prayer moment for married couples at St.Matia Mulumba Parish Old Kampala.
The theme of the day was ‘’Rise and Shine’ ’the function started with praise and worship that was led by our team.
The National Catholic Charismatic Renewal coordinator in Uganda, Peter Ndodhe was the speaker of the day. He urged married couples to always rise and shine in their marriages because the devil is already in existence to sabotage them.
He shared tools to be used to rise and shine, Peter said that it’s good for married couples to always pray, when they pray together, they are ready to discern between good and evil, this will help them grow in faith because’ ’A Family that Prays Together Stays Together’’.
Peter also urged them to yearn for sacraments especially penance and holy Eucharist in order to cleanse their souls.
He encouraged the married couples to work, learn and plan together; this will help a family achieve its dreams and goals.
Being a charismatic leader, he prayed for all the married couples for God’s blessings on their families.
A cup of coffee was shared as a sign of love and unity.
